This design is more than a list of names. It is a tribute to lives that mattered.

The individuals represented here are only a small number of the many people whose lives ended amid struggles involving mental health, emotional pain, or circumstances connected to suicide. Some were known around the world; countless others were parents, children, siblings, spouses, friends, coworkers, and neighbors whose names may never appear publicly but whose absence is deeply felt.

We remember them too.

Our deepest condolences go to every family and loved one who has experienced such a loss. No list could ever represent every person, every story, or every life affected throughout the years.

The message behind this piece is simple:

It’s okay not to be okay. But don’t suffer in silence.

Check in on the people you love. Listen without judgment. Speak when you're struggling. Ask for help. And remind someone that their story still matters.

The Blu X represents crossing out the silence, stigma, shame, and isolation that can keep people from reaching out.
